The Philosophy

Design Philosophy

We design clay water solutions for modern life.
Each piece is built with purpose to improve how water is stored, cooled, and used throughout the home.
Minimal in form, strong in function, and made to perform every day.

The Clay

The Clay We Use

We use premium stoneware clay, chosen for its strength, consistency, and performance.
Each vessel is fired at precise temperatures to achieve a 1–3% seepage rate, allowing water to cool and gently self-filter, naturally.
This process helps water stay longer within the clay, enhancing its purity, freshness, and mineral balance.
All materials are lead-free, BPA-free, and non-toxic, certified for safe, long-term use.
These standards reflect a broader global commitment to safe and reliable food-contact materials.

Our Commitment is in Our Clarity

A Movement for Change

We believe in moving away from the disposable and returning to what is natural, durable, and meaningful.

Every AlkaClay piece is part of that shift, toward better habits and more conscious living.
